Humor, Health and Healing

This "playshop" is designed to help serious, dignified professionals "lighten up." This course focuses on the healing aspects of humor, laughter and tears through experiential exercises that enhance the immune system, and integrate body, mind and spirit. Participants will learn of the research in the areas of hope, love and spirituality, and learn how to apply it in their own work situation. Enlightening will strike you again and again in this session as you learn how to: enjoy doing your best, celebrate the temporary, practice humor skills to help cope with chaos, change and crisis, have the courage to be spontaneous and to participate in "puddle practice."
