Laughter Matters:
Coping with Chaos and Change

Laughter MattersTM is a high-energy, participatory playshop designed to help those who are serious, dignified and professional, lighten up. This playful, skill-building session creates an atmosphere of fun in order to solve our human problems. We will explore techniques for getting through life, love and loss, trials and tribulations, and all that not-so-funny stuff. We will explore "de-light" and "de-dark". Good humor creates a sense of joy in being alive. A sense of humor is a developed perspective, an attitude that allows for a sense of control in this change-crazed world. Using a humor perspective can help individuals and organizations stay fluid and flexible in trying and changing times. People who play together, stay together. In fact, people who play together in the workplace have increased morale, increased cooperation, increased productivity and profitability, decreased sick time, and decreased tension. Come learn how to lighten up, muster mirth and cope with chaos, change and crisis.
